Company Leadership
Mike Shearwood, Director
Mike has nearly 40 years of experience in international retail across a multitude of categories with the last 20 years holding executive leadership positions at international retailers Inditex, Aurora Fashions, and Clarks. As CEO of Clarks, he successfully oversaw 23,000 points of sale in over 100 countries. Mike's global network from years owning and running international sourcing operations stretches from Southeast Asia to Latin America. His vast network and long tenure as a leader in international retail provides the critical knowledge and understanding of supply chain management that sets Summit Global Supply apart as a leader in PPE supply chain systems.
Nick Hawkins, Director
Nick has an extensive and diverse background in the financial services industry where he started his career at HSBC as an International Officer working in London, Hamburg, and Oman. Most of his career has been spent successfully leading teams to top European positions in Investment Banking, primarily at Kleinwort Benson, Merrill Lynch, and Cenkos in London where he led his team to the number one slot in European retail five years in a row. Nick also led numerous successful IPOs including Burberry and the £1.9bn hostile offer for Argos. He also spent two years as CEO of a business owned by Experian.
Tom Howell, Director
Tom has forged a successful career in the financial services industry with 15 years experience brokering to institutional clients and hedge funds; sales trading; corporate brokerships; market analytics and raising capital. He co-founded the corporate advisory company, Damus Capital, and previously worked for investment banks NCB Stockbrokers, Oriel Securities, and Cenkos. Tom holds a degree in Economics.
